We only accept a small number of non-competing mandates at any one time and only from teams that we believe will produce superior returns for limited partners. Our project management teams and sales professionals advise our general partner clients on pre-marketing, fund design and terms, coach on effective messages and placement tactics, and draft fundraising presentations, private placement memorandums and due diligence packs. Whether the mandate is global or targeted, we use our knowledge of limited partner appetites to narrow investor target lists to the most relevant, building momentum towards rapid closes by employing a prioritized, sequential approach to key investors. We provide roadshow coordination, detailed investor profiles, investor follow-up, and regular reporting on fundraising. We also handle complex, simultaneous limited partner due diligence processes.
