Triago Helps Ronin Equity Partners Raise Capital for Six Simultaneous Acquisitions

Triago acted as sole placement agent for Ronin Equity Partners most recent transaction: the creation of Lotus Beverage Alliance through the simultaneous acquisition & merger of six companies. The deal was financed with investments from a range of limited partners, including Nicola Wealth and Fiera Comox. Lotus is the only company in North America covering every step of craft brewery and beverage production, from raw ingredient supply to canning. Since 2021, when it began investing, Ronin has deployed over $350 million across five platform investments. Triago acted as sole placement agent on all of Ronin’s transactions.
