Edward Stephens joined Triago in 2023 where he sits in the San Diego Office. He focuses on the Primary, Direct, and Secondary practices, bringing nearly 17 years of experience from sell side and buy side investment banking across multiple senior executive leadership roles. Prior to joining Triago, Edward was responsible for strategic investments at Ligo Partners, a single-family office that co-invests into disruptive tech-focused deal flow. He also spent time as Head of North America for a Boutique European Investment Bank where he led his team in multiple complex capital market transactions. Edward started his career as an Investment Analyst at Capital Research Global Investors on their investment team based in London. Edward received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies (Honors) from Leeds Beckett University. He also holds the series 7 and 63 licenses and the CFA UK Investment Management Certificate (IMC).
