Theresa joined the Triago Advisory Board in 2022, after spending nearly 20 years as Chief Executive of the Washington State Investment Board. With some 40 years’ experience in investing, business, government and the media, Theresa offers strategic and tactical counsel across all business areas. Under her leadership, the WSIB became the best performing US public fund over 20 years, delivering top decile performance over most other time periods. Theresa increased assets almost four-fold to $185 billion and invested nearly half the pension fund in private equity and real assets. Previously, Theresa worked as an executive for a Chicago-based analytics company, developing a firm belief in the power of rigorous, data-driven investment that is a hallmark of the WSIB. Theresa earned a Bachelors in English Literature from Seattle Pacific University and an MBA from Pacific Lutheran University. She is an American national.
