Edward Stephens joined Triago’s San Diego office in 2023. He focuses on the primary, direct, and secondary practices and brings 17 years of experience from sell side and buy side investment banking.
Prior to joining Triago, Edward was responsible for strategic investments at Ligo Partners, a single-family office that co-invests in disruptive technology deals. He also spent time as Head of North America for a boutique European investment bank where he led multiple complex capital market transactions. Edward started his career as in London as an Investment Analyst at Capital Research Global Investors.
Edward received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies, Honors, from Leeds Beckett University. He also holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses and the CFA UK Investment Management Certificate.
